65/365 • hey, you there!


Hey! You there! The one with the bags under your eyes, and the look of frantic exhaustion. 
Breathe!
You don't have to do it all.
In fact, you can't. Breathe!
Hey, you there with the beating heart and anxious thoughts.
It's okay. Okay?


Hey, you there with the constant need for stuff to fill those emotional holes, or for a quick rush... don't do it. You don't need it. He supplies all our needs.

You there with the green eyes; her life isn't any better than yours. 
Be thankful, truly thankful for what you have and watch it turn around.
Don't compare yourself to other mothers, your kids to theirs, your husband, your car.
You are good enough. You are incredible. Don't compete!
It will only serve to make you miserable, and leave less room in your life for loving people.
The way you love your kids. Keep giving, selflessly.

Guard your mind. Think positively.
What you think, you'll become.
